Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use My Link Smart (mylinksmart.app and mylinksmart.io), a service of Smart Marketing System. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give correct details.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done in your account.
• Your page link (username) must not copy another brand or person, or mislead visitors. We may change or remove links that do.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use My Link Smart to:

• Post illegal, false, hateful, adult or harmful content.
• Link to scams, malware, phishing or pages that break the law.
• Send spam or collect visitors' details without a fair reason.
• Use another business's name, logo or reviews without permission.
• Try to hack, overload or misuse the service.

We may hide content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

3. Your content

You own the content you add. You give us permission to store and show it on your page so the service can work. You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload, including logos.

4. Plans and payments

• Free plan has limited features. Pro is ₹499 per month, GST included. Prices may change with prior notice.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month through Razorpay until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time in Settings → Plan & billing. Pro stays active until the end of the paid month; then your account returns to Free and your data is kept.
• A GST tax invoice is issued by Smart Marketing System for every payment.
• Coupon codes are free offers valid until the date shown. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable once the month has started. If you were charged by mistake or twice, email us within 7 days and we will review and refund where appropriate.

6. Google reviews and third parties

Ratings and review counts come from Google and may change or be delayed. We are not responsible for third-party services such as Google, WhatsApp or Razorpay.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service running all the time but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Features marked "Coming soon" may change.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months. We are not liable for lost business, profits or data.

9. Ending your account

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Tiruvarur, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
