Privacy Policy

My Link Smart ("we", "us") is operated by Smart Marketing System. This policy explains what information we collect when you use mylinksmart.app or mylinksmart.io, and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and password, or your basic Google profile (name, email, photo) if you sign in with Google.
• Page content: business name, logo, slogan, bio, contact numbers, social links, review links, QR codes and any other details you add to your page.
• Enquiries (leads): details your visitors submit through your enquiry form, such as name, mobile number and answers to your questions.
• Billing details: business name, GSTIN, billing address and invoice records. Card and UPI payments are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store your full card details.
• Usage data: basic technical information such as browser type, device and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and working.

2. How we use it

• To create and show your public business page.
• To deliver enquiries from your visitors to you.
• To process subscriptions, issue GST invoices and send billing emails.
• To send account emails such as sign-up confirmation and password reset.
• To prevent fraud and misuse, and to improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Public information

Anything you publish on your page (business name, logo, contact details, social links, reviews) is visible to anyone with your link or QR code. Only add details you are happy to share publicly.

4. Sharing with service providers

We share information only with trusted providers needed to run the service: secure cloud hosting and database, Razorpay (payments), Google (sign-in and review ratings) and our email provider. They may only use it to provide their service to us.

5. Visitor enquiries

When a visitor fills in a business's enquiry form, that business is responsible for how it uses the details. We store them securely on the business's behalf.

6. Data security and storage

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit. Access is limited by account permissions. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. How long we keep data

We keep your data while your account is active. Invoice records are kept as required by Indian tax law. If you delete your account, we remove your page and personal data within 30 days, except where law requires us to keep it.

8. Your rights

You can view and edit your details any time in Settings. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing us. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

9. Cookies

We use only essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your settings. We do not use advertising cookies.

10. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Important changes will be shown on this page with a new date.
